How long does shipping take for a new bike?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your bike's journey.
What is your return policy for unused items?
We offer a 30-day return window for all bikes and accessories. Items must be in their original packaging and in unassembled, resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.
Do Early Rider bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all our frames and forks are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Components are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How do I choose the right size bike for my child?
We recommend measuring your child's inside leg length (inseam) rather than relying on age alone. Please refer to our detailed Sizing Guide on each product page for specific measurements.
Is assembly required when my bike arrives?
Our bikes are shipped 85-95% assembled. You will typically need to install the handlebars, pedals, and front wheel. A set of basic tools and clear instructions are included in every box.
