We want you and your young rider to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initial Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to initiate your request and receive a return authorization.

  Package Your Gear

  Safely pack the bike or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
